Pay

• Base pay: 60 CPM
• Performance incentives: up to 4 CPM
• Loyalty pay: up to 5.5 CPM from day one
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp
• Dwell pay: $100 per occurrence
• Weekly minimum: $1,350 for qualifying weeks
• Orientation pay: $1,250 (start strong)
• Potential annual earnings: up to $127,000

Schedule

This is a regional role with a consistent reset schedule – drivers get home every other weekend (approximately every 2 weeks) for predictable planning.

Requirements
