About the role

Regional CDL-A flatbed driver position with a consistent reset schedule—home every other weekend. COTC consistently earns top CSA scores and has been named one of the Best Fleets to Drive For® for eleven years running.

Pay

• Base pay: 60 CPM
• Performance incentives: up to 4 CPM
• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year
• Weekly minimum: $1,350 for qualifying weeks
• Loyalty pay: up to 5.5 CPM starting from day one
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp
• Dwell pay: $100

Requirements
