About the role

If you're an experienced OTR driver ready to step into flatbed—or a flatbed pro looking for a company that does it right—COTC delivers. This is a regional role with a consistent reset schedule—get home every 2 weeks so you can plan your life around something predictable.

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base with up to 4CPM in performance incentives on top.
• Qualifying weeks come with a $1,350 weekly minimum, so you're not left chasing miles to make ends meet.
• Loyalty pay: earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay from day one—no waiting period, no runway. It stacks on top of your base rate.
• Tarp pay at $75 per tarp and dwell pay at $100 help ensure your time and effort are compensated when the job asks for more.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
