Regional Driver Overview
- Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base with up to 4CPM in performance incentives on top.
- Qualifying weeks come with a $1,350 weekly minimum.
- Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay from day one—no waiting period, no runway. It adds up fast and stacks on top of your base rate.
- Tarp pay at $75 per tarp and dwell pay at $100.
- Home every other weekend with a consistent reset schedule—get home every 2 weeks so you can plan your life around something predictable.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
