Job Overview
This is a regional role with a consistent reset schedule - get home every 2 weeks so you can plan your life around something predictable.
Pay and Compensation
Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base with up to 4CPM in performance incentives on top. The more consistent you are, the more your paycheck reflects it. Qualifying weeks come with a $1,350 weekly minimum. Loyalty pay starts immediately: earn up to 5.5CPM from day one, no waiting period. Extra pay for extra work: tarp pay at $75 per tarp and dwell pay at $100. Orientation pay: $1,250.
