Pay and Incentives
- Starting base pay: 60¢ per mile (CPM)
- Performance incentives: up to 4¢ CPM
- Loyalty pay: up to 5.5¢ CPM from day one
- Orientation pay: $1,250 (starting bonus)
- Tarp pay: $75 per tarp
- Dwell pay: $100 per occurrence
- Qualifying weeks: $1,350 weekly minimum
- Top drivers can earn up to $127,000 per year

Schedule
Regional role with a consistent reset schedule – get home every other weekend (approximately every 2 weeks).

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years of regional or OTR driving experience
