Pay

• Top drivers can earn up to $127,000 per year.
• Base pay starts at 60¢ per mile (CPM).
• Performance incentives add up to 4¢ CPM.
• Qualifying weeks include a $1,350 weekly minimum.
• Loyalty pay: up to 5.5¢ CPM from day one, no waiting period.
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp.
• Dwell pay: $100 per occurrence.
• Orientation pay: $1,250 (starting bonus).

Requirements
