Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of Regional or OTR experience

Pay

• Top drivers can earn up to $127,000 per year
• Starting base rate of 60¢ per mile (CPM)
• Performance incentives up to 4¢ CPM
• Qualifying weeks include a $1,350 weekly minimum
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5¢ CPM from day one (no waiting period)
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp
• Dwell pay: $100 per occurrence

Schedule

• Regional role with a consistent reset schedule
• Home every other weekend (approximately every 2 weeks)
