Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years of regional or OTR experience

Pay
Top drivers can earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base rate with up to 4CPM in performance incentives. Qualifying weeks include a $1,350 weekly minimum. Loyalty pay of up to 5.5CPM is available from day one, with no waiting period. Additional earnings include tarp pay at $75 per tarp and dwell pay at $100 per occurrence. New drivers receive a $
