Pay
- Top drivers can earn up to $127,000 per year.
- Starting base pay: 60¢ per mile (CPM).
- Performance incentives: up to 4¢ CPM.
- Qualifying weeks include a $1,350 weekly minimum.
- Loyalty pay: up to 5.5¢ CPM from day one, no waiting period.
- Tarp pay: $75 per tarp.
- Dwell pay: $100 per occurrence.
- Orientation pay: $1,250 (starting bonus).
All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.
Schedule
This is a regional role with a consistent reset schedule—drivers get home every other weekend (approximately every 2 weeks).
