About the role

The Clinical Initiatives Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, education and evaluation of sponsored initiatives in support of the Service Line and Proactive Care Initiatives. These projects may include Board Clinical goals, strategic initiatives, and the development of clinical models for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains project roadmaps, milestones and deliverables related to initiatives, using evidence-based practice and methodologies
  • Coordinates internal resources to gain consensus, develop solutions and inform objectives and deliverables
  • Manages timelines and issues related to projects and work
  • May be responsible for following projects post implementation to provide ongoing evaluation and assure success
  • Captures and coordinates necessary resources to resolve complex problems and balance the focus on processes with appropriate outcomes
  • Facilitates appropriate external and internal communications related to initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrated professional healthcare or experience in a clinical setting that demonstrates clinical expertise and understanding of healthcare systems
  • Experience in a role requiring data management, analysis and presentation skills including use of common tools to extract data and develop reports and graphs for use in reporting
  • Experience in management of organizational projects, excellent team leadership, team participation and data analysis skills
  • Experience in problem-solving and improving processes and an understanding for how technology can help improve care
  • Working knowledge of, and experience with health care regulations, leadership, development or mentoring of others, presenting to medium to large groups of clinicians and leaders

Qualifications

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$51.73 - $79.87

Schedule

This is a Hybrid position, with meetings at the Broomfield location at least 1 x week, and other hospitals/clinics as needed.
