About the role
AristaCare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide cardiac nursing care to residents according to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans
- Leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking appropriate action to provide high quality care to all residents
- Overall teamwork, collaboration, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule & Location
Full-Time shifts available. Will be covering all facilities: AristaCare at Manchester and AristaCare at Whiting.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in New Jersey
- Must possess current CPR Certification
- Must have cardiac experience
- Must be proficient in reading EKG
- Wound knowledge a plus
- Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
