Regional Business Development Executive
About the role
Generate new business through field prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and leaders
Identify operational challenges and position Virtualite’s services as solutions
Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to close
Build and maintain a pipeline within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
Requirements
Experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development roles are a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with territory-based prospecting
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
