We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Learn about our company culture..." but we should not repeat job title heading. Use for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have content: About the role (description of responsibilities). There's a "YOU As a Regional Builder Manager..." paragraph describing responsibilities. Then "WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)" with subparts: Builder Focus (60%), Jobsite Calls (20%), Sales Force Mentoring and Training (20%). That's responsibilities.
Then "Desired Skills And Experience" list.
Then "Avel Required" (typo for Travel Required) mentions travel up to 60%.
Then "WORK STATUS & LOCATION": full-time, exempt/non-exempt position located in Midwest Territory (OH, IN, MN, IL) of the Columbus Branch. Also "RELOCATION Relocation may be considered for this position."
Then "PAY $84,400 - $135,000 / year"
Then "Physical Requirements And Work Environment" - we could include as maybe a section? Not in allowed headings list; but we could maybe put under Responsibilities? Not needed. The instruction: Use headings only from list; we can omit sections not in list. So we may not include Physical Requirements.
Then "REWARDS AT SIMPSON STRONG-TIE" includes compensation, bonuses, benefits. That's Benefits and Pay maybe.
We already have Pay section. Benefits: list of benefits.
We also have "Quarterly Bonuses/Commission" etc.
We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, drug screen, background check, hashtags, company info at end maybe.
We must preserve all substantive information; not invent.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:

About the role
... description ...
Maybe combine the initial paragraph about role and the "YOU As a Regional Builder Manager..." into About the role. ThenResponsibilities
- ... items from WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING sections. Could break into subpoints but we can just list each bullet.
We need to preserve percentages maybe as part of description.
We'll extract bullet points:

Requirements
maybe combine Desired Skills And Experience. We could haveQualifications
orSkills
. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose Requirements and Skills. We have Desired Skills And Experience list: many bullet points. We'll put them underSkills
maybe. But also we have education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, 5 Years' Construction industry experience, Fluent in residential construction practices, etc. Those could be Requirements. We could split: Requirements: education, years experience, etc. Skills: the list of abilities. Let's parse: Desired Skills And Experience If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too: - Bachelor's Degree (B.A/B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred. - 5 Years' Construction industry experience with products and services. - Fluent in residential construction practices and distribution channels. - Must have a strong working knowledge of project workflow from architect/engineer to the contractor. - 3 Years Simpson Strong-Tie knowledge of products and solutions. - Sales and account management experience with a proven track record of sales/profit growth preferred. - Presentation Skills - Ability to develop and present captivating presentations and incorporate sales skills to step a prospect through a story. - Customer Focus – Ability to build and sustain productive customer relationships. - Relationship Building – Ability to maintain an open, approachable manner, and treat others respectfully. - Accountability & Dependability - Ability to fulfill all commitments made to peers, co-workers, and supervisor. - Adaptability & Flexibility - Ability to respond positively to change, embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish goals and solve problems. - Proactivity – Ability to identify what needs to be done and take action, when situation requires it. - Writing – Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience. - Organization & Prioritization - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously as well as quickly reallocate resources in order to respond to changing customer and team member needs. - Influence – Ability to address issues in an open, constructive, professional manner. - Analysis/Reasoning – Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. - Computer/Software/Technology - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, and other industry standard software packages. Ability to learn new systems in a timely manner. - Technical - Practical working knowledge of residential housing industry. Familiarity with Simpson products is a plus. We could treat the first six as Requirements (education, experience, knowledge). The rest as Skills. Thus:Requirements

Travel
maybe not in allowed headings; but we have "Avel Required" travel up to 60%. Could be placed under Schedule? Not exactly. The allowed headings include Schedule. Travel could be considered Schedule? Probably not. But we could include under Schedule? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We have travel info, but not Schedule. Could we put under Schedule? Not accurate. Maybe we can omit travel? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. Travel is substantive. However allowed headings list does not include Travel. But we could put under Schedule? Not ideal but maybe acceptable as it's about time allocation. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings for sections; maybe we can also use other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the allowed headings. So we should only use those. Travel info could be placed under Schedule? Not exactly but maybe we can treat travel as part of Schedule (time spent traveling). Or we could incorporate travel info into Responsibilities or About the role. But better to include a Schedule section with travel %? The posting also mentions "Avel Required This position requires domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time." That's schedule/travel. So we can put under Schedule. Thus:
Schedule
This position requires domestic and international travel up to 60% of the
