About the Opportunity
The Regional Branch Operations Administrator is responsible for managing and organizing branch activity records across multiple sales branch locations. This role supports regional operations by maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating communication within the sales branches and corporate departments, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient branch activities.
Responsibilities
- Promote and adhere to safe work behaviors in alignment with organizational safety guidelines
- Sort and file daily control sheets from prior workdays
- Update branch sales boards
- Monitor sample status via company intranet
- Prepare service packs including labels and manifests for the Sales Service Team
- Create lists of customers not serviced or potential call-ins
- Order office and sales supplies
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Contact manufacturers to obtain contact information and complete lead sheets
- Create inbound and outbound spreadsheets for waste material
- Enter waste information from drivers into the company computer program
- Maintain accurate inbound/outbound paperwork files
- Aid Branch Manager with maintaining accurate branch activity records
- Comply with all corporate policies and standards including environmental, regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of one year administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative
- Ability to interact effectively with sales branch employees and corporate departments
- Proficiency with mobile phones, scanners, computers, and Microsoft programs including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.84 to $35.63. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, wellness program, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, long-term disability, employee assistance program, and tuition reimbursement.
