We need to keep all. Could format as
- each benefit.
Schedule: "Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; minimal weekends required and no holidays expected." Also mention remote work arrangement with travel etc. That's under Work Environment. Could include schedule section.
We also have Work Environment details: remote work arrangement with regular travel, frequent driving, occasional overnight travel, limited out-of-state travel, work may be performed indoor/outdoor, exposure etc. Estimated travel approx 40% within Wisconsin, occasional out-of-state as needed. Physical & Work Expectations: Frequent sitting may be required during travel. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crawling, lifting, or moving up to 80 pounds may be required. Ability to concentrate, follow detailed instructions, communicate effectively, and perform job duties safely. May require operation of tools, equipment, or vehicles associated with the position.
We could include a section "Work Environment" or "Schedule". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use Schedule for schedule details, and maybe Work Environment not in list; but we could incorporate into Schedule or Responsibilities? Probably better to add a "Work Environment" heading? Not in allowed list but instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but says "Use
for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying those are examples; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. We have schedule info, we can put under Schedule. Work environment details could be placed under Responsibilities or maybe under Schedule? Might be okay to add a "Work Environment" heading but not in list; risk. Safer to incorporate into Schedule or Responsibilities. Since schedule already includes typical schedule, we could add a separate "Work Environment" but maybe not needed. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine work environment and schedule into a "Schedule" section? Might be thin. Better to have a "Work Environment" section but not in examples; but they said e.g., not exclusive. I'd include a "Work Environment" heading as it's substantive. However they said use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests those are typical but not exhaustive. I'll include Work Environment. But to be safe, maybe include Schedule and Benefits and Qualifications and Responsibilities and About the role. Omit Work Environment as separate; we can fold travel details into Responsibilities or Schedule. Let's put travel details under Schedule. Thus sections: - About the role (p) - Responsibilities (ul) - Qualifications (ul) - Benefits (ul) - Schedule (p) includes typical schedule, travel %, remote, etc. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, military encouragement, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe none. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's write.
