Regional Banker/Teller

About the role

As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Metro East Region, you will be based in Rockwall, TX. This is an in-office position where you will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet. You will participate in proactive sales and service activities, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and drive new revenue through customer interactions.

• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience (roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree).
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Preferred skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales.
