Part-Time Teller

About the Role

Use your cashiering and customer service experience to kickstart your career in financial services. As a Part-Time Teller, you'll chat with and get to know our members to identify their financial needs and provide solutions that are in their best interest. While processing transactions like cash deposits, cash withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, you'll engage with our members, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and leave satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including cash deposits, cash withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Engage with members to identify financial needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor
• Ensure math accuracy and confident use of computer systems

Requirements

• Positive attitude, self-confidence, and an engaging personality
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Cash handling and customer service experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs (preferred)
• Relevant experience in the financial industry (preferred)
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background screening

Schedule

Part-time, on-site, and non-exempt position with up to 20 hours per week during normal business hours (8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday).
