Regional Analyst & Social Media Specialist
Research and analyze data to inform foreign policy programs and initiatives. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide research, program support, and social media engagement
- Deliver tailored research products in support of government clients
Requirements
- Knowledge of foreign culture, government, and military structures
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of experience as a Middle East regional analyst in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media projects and producing research and online content
- Experience using Microsoft Office products to produce and manage research
- Ability to research in foreign languages and provide translations

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer sites as needed.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
