About the role

Must reside locally in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. The Regional Ambassador, North America, will be required to make independent decisions using critical thinking skills to support department objectives in the field. This position will work closely with Distributors at all levels with the primary objective of educating and training them on Herbalife rules and assisting in bringing issues identified to correction.

Responsibilities

  • Train Distributors on FTC requirements
  • Coordinate and conduct visits with Independent Compliance Auditors and provide detailed visit summaries to be sent to executives
  • Support any other project related to receipting or FTC requirements
  • Perform proactive and complaint visits in person and virtually to commercial Nutrition Clubs, Distributor offices and/or fit Clubs to train, coach and correct issues identified based on Herbalife Nutrition Club Rules
  • MPC lead at corporate and independent Distributor events and meetings (i.e., Success Training Seminars, Leadership Development Trainings, Extravaganzas, monthly President's Team and TAB meetings, distribution centers, etc.) to promote company initiatives, share regional statistics, and answer questions
  • Ensure event coordinator and speakers are following Herbalife Nutrition guidelines and regulatory requirements. If not, educate and correct issue on the spot
  • Conduct trainings (stage, group and one on one) to educate Distributors on Herbalife Nutrition rules and initiatives
  • Meet with government officials and investors to share the Nutrition Club concept including tours
  • Communicate and meet regularly with the Regional Sales Manager/Specialist in the area to share local trends/issues with the goal of creating alignment within MPC & Sales initiatives
  • Review and understand defects during UAT and translate them into actionable items
  • Conduct investigative research derived from Field complaints, including fact-finding and information analysis, and accurately relate details to expedite case file resolution
  • Conduct field visit training during onboarding process
  • Conduct covert purchases to identify Distributors who are not in compliance with Herbalife Nutrition rules
  • Support the Secret Shopper program through validation and audit of the vendor reports
  • Coordinate and host Nutrition Club employee tours
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 4 years customer service skills
  • Experience in public speaking to large groups (training)
  • High School Degree

  • Bilingual – must be fluent in Spanish and have strong speaking and writing skills

  • Ability to prioritize projects and adapt to change quickly while working in a fast pace environment
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity and manage different personalities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and growing environment and quickly tackle dynamic challenges

Schedule

This position will be required to work from home and be out in the field visiting Nutrition Clubs, Monday through Friday and occasionally nights and weekends to attend and/or conduct various trainings. It will also require travel at least 50% and drive 80% of the time in order to support regional events, trainings and meetings.
