Responsibilities
- Promote the company's water and wastewater treatment services, consumables, and parts to drive sales growth
- Diversify and expand the existing client base by attending conferences, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions (technical presentations), and holding client meetings
- Travel to project sites for pre-tender evaluations based on specific project requirements
- Collaborate closely with H2O Innovation’s support network, including equipment representatives, engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers
- Achieve annual sales objectives aligned with H2O Innovation’s overall business plan
Requirements
- Degree in relevant technical field (ex: Environmental, etc.)
- Knowledge of membrane treatment systems, including: Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF), Nanofiltration (NF)
- Experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector
- Relevant sales experience in the U.S. or Canada
- Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, depending on home location
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter
- Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities
