Regional Account Executive - Baltimore, MD
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include those with content. The posting has Qualifications (list). Also maybe Requirements same as Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" heading. We'll use that. Also maybe "Skills" not explicitly separate; but we could embed skills within Qualifications. Better not to create Skills section if no specific content. So we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
. For About the role: we have introductory paragraph(s). We'll put that in
. For Responsibilities: list items. For Qualifications: list items. For Benefits: list items. For Pay: single sentence maybe
.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, AI statement, etc. Also remove "Apply now!" etc. Also remove "Important – We are only considering candidates who live in, or are willing to relocate to Baltimore, MD." That's location requirement; maybe we can include location in About the role or as a note? The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep location requirement. Could embed in About the role paragraph or maybe as a separate note? Since we have no specific section for location, we can include it in About the role paragraph.
Also "Location: Remote. Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to Baltimore, MD." That's location info. We'll include in About the role.
Also "Travel is required, up to 70% (within the BWI area)." That's travel requirement; could be in Responsibilities or Benefits? It's more about job demands; maybe include in Responsibilities as a bullet? The responsibilities already mention travel often as a strategic method. We'll keep that in responsibilities list.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info.
Let's extract content:

Benefit coverage begins on the first date of employment. Paid Time Off and Volunteer Time Off offered. 401k match. Dependent Care offered."
We need to avoid duplication: location appears multiple times; we should keep but not duplicate same sentence multiple times. We'll include location in About the role maybe, and not repeat in Benefits. But we must preserve all substantive info; if we omit a duplicate, it's okay as long as we keep the info somewhere. So we can mention location once in About the role.
Travel requirement: appears in Benefits and also in Responsibilities (travel often as strategic method). We'll keep travel mention in Responsibilities (maybe as bullet) and not duplicate in Benefits.
Compensation: appears in Benefits; we will put in Pay section.
Benefits: list of benefits.

Check for any duplicated content: location appears only in About the role. Travel appears in Responsibilities (two bullets: "Uses travel often as a strategic method for prospecting, networking, and sell - up to 70%." and "Travels to and meets with prospective customers onsite to advance the sales process.") That's fine.
We removed boilerplate: EEO, AI statement, etc.
Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Why Tenna?" paragraph included. The "Important – We are only considering candidates who live in, or are willing to relocate to Baltimore, MD." included. The "Location: Remote." we omitted because we placed location in About the role; but we also said "based in Baltimore, MD." and "Important – We are only considering candidates who live in, or are willing to relocate to Baltimore, MD." The remote aspect: "Location: Remote." is a substantive detail: the job is remote but candidate must reside in Baltimore. We omitted the remote statement. Should we include it? It's substantive. We could add to About the role: "This is a remote position; candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to Baltimore, MD." Let's incorporate.
Update About the role paragraph: include remote.
Thus About the role paragraph: "
. For About the role: we have introductory paragraph(s). We'll put that in
