Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee Service & Data based project management for water and sewer infrastructure monitoring through a team of direct-report mangers within multiple geographic districts.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, support, and accountability.
  • Foster employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Drive execution of company initiatives, strategic initiatives and operational standards across the region.
  • Own the regional financial performance and achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Revenue Growth Forecasting
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Gross Margin
  • Contribution Margin
  • Cost Management and Profitability
  • Accurately forecast performance, collaborate cross-functionally to refine assumptions, and enhance accuracy and reliability.
  • Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps at the District or Region level.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Represent the company in the region to suppliers, customers, and statutory bodies so as to promote the products, services, and activities of the organization.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service through the use of project work plans and necessary project reviews on every project within the region.
  • Review, modify and approve project pricing developed by the project managers for the region.
  • Support and participate in the development of and compliance with corporate policies, procedures, decisions and activities.
  • Complete special projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering or related field required; Graduate degree in business or engineering a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Demonstrated success driving operational and financial performance across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and key financial metrics.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience may be considered.
  • Progressive background in civil/wastewater industry preferred.
  • Wastewater Collection Systems knowledge is essential.
  • Travel within the region required up to 25%.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $120,900.00 - $181,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
