What You'll Do
- Execute Casey's strategic initiatives
- Drive sales and maintain quality and service standards within your assigned area of 80+ locations
- Build business acumen and drive performance metrics at assigned locations
- Act as liaison between the Store Support Center and regional stores to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Develop Team Members with coaching, support, and encouragement in their career pathway
- Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area
Requirements
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and accounting theory
- Knowledge of convenience store operations and human resource management
- Willingness to travel (85% of the time)
- Overnight Travel may be required
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Team development
Compensation
Typical hiring range: $128,700 - $183,800
Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications.
Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.
This position is eligible for quarterly and annual performance bonuses based on store and company performance.
The full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
