Regeneration Operator II
About the role
Veolia is on a mission to create a cleaner, more sustainable world by helping cities and industries efficiently manage their resources. The Regeneration Operator II is responsible for mobile equipment regeneration and facility-wide water management operations.
Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring regeneration equipment within proper equipment parameters
- Handling resin unloading and loading processes in trailers and regeneration vessels, and maintaining proper equipment parameters
- Managing the Wastewater process from regeneration activities, maintaining balance of Deionized water for regeneration activities
- Executing plant startup and shutdown procedures
- Entering SAP production orders for mobile equipment and resin regeneration to ensure accurate tracking, resource allocation, and cost control
- Mentoring new hires through demonstrations, clear explanations, and responsive answers
- Conducting standard lab tests to ensure quality control, regularly checking equipment specs, resin quality, and process effectiveness
- Documenting all activities, including checklist completion, performance data, equipment issues, shift logs, shift notes, and wastewater tank discharge
- Allocating specific equipment to orders in accordance with customer requirements and equipment specifications
- Regular forklift operation required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment involving material handling
- HS Chemistry knowledge highly desired
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Warehouse safety and OSHA regulations knowledge
- SAP Experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and documentation skills. They will also have problem-solving abilities, be able to work autonomously, and have strong communication skills.

Working Conditions
The candidate must be able to work in various weather conditions, perform physical duties such as lifting to 50 pounds, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterity. They must also be able to work in industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities, and be willing to work night shifts, holidays, and weekends based on business demand.
