Regeneration Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Regeneration Operator to join a leading organization in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities

• Regenerating ion exchange resins and other filtration media to ensure optimal plant operation
• Preparing mobile water treatment units, including resin loading, equipment checks, and assembling necessary materials
• Operating forklifts to move equipment and supplies safely
• Performing quality control checks on mobile units before dispatch
• Handling chemicals (NaOH, HCL, NaCl, etc.) as part of the regeneration process
• Overseeing chemical vendor offloading and managing transfers to storage tanks

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant operations environment (preferred)
• Comfortable handling chemicals and working with industrial equipment
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained
• Detail-oriented and capable of performing quality checks accurately
• Able to work 3rd shift hours (Monday - Friday: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM)

Pay

$24.50 per hour (varies based on shift differential)
