About the role

Regal Cinemas Walden Galleria 16 RPX & 4DX is seeking part-time cast members who are passionate about movies and eager to deliver exceptional service, cleanliness, and movie-going experiences to guests in a dynamic, engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service, selling tickets, concessions, and/or working as an usher.
• Operate POS systems, including handling cash drawers, credit cards, and concession stock inventory.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA rating systems and company policies.
• Manage emergency situations and enforce MPAA ratings.
• Perform in-auditorium concession sales and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Monitor auditorium cleanliness and report issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be available for weekends and holidays (minors 11:45 PM, non-minors 1:00 AM & later).
• Completion of cast certification program and box office cashier training.
• Legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable.
• Completion of responsible beverage server training.
