Responsibilities

• Provide guest service by selling tickets, concessions, and working as ushers.
• Work weekends are mandatory; weekday openings/closings are preferred.
• Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement.
• Box Office: Operate POS system, handle cash drawer, and ensure ticket compliance.
• Concession: Operate POS system, manage inventory, and promote the Regal Crown Club.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, and assist with cleaning and monitoring auditoriums.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program and box office cashier certification.
• Ability to perform essential duties under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Mathematical proficiency and ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds.
