Refrigeration Technician - Multiple Areas in Tennessee

About the role

Evolution Maintenance, Inc. is a Tennessee-based commercial facilities service company founded in 2013. We are currently seeking to expand our team with qualified technicians to service refrigeration and HVAC systems in various locations across the state.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls for issues with reach-in and walk-in units
• In some cases, service rack refrigeration units
• Perform commercial HVAC service
• Work independently with good judgment to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proficient with web-based applications (tablets)
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration (walk-in and reach-in units)
• Experience with HVAC service and maintenance
• Experience with work order systems and descriptive note-taking
• Rack refrigeration experience is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Plumbing experience or other trade experience is a plus
