About the role
Responsible for overseeing donor recruitment and management strategies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage donor relations, including communication and events. Collaborate with fundraising teams to develop and execute fundraising campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven success in managing donor relationships
- Experience with donor management software
- Knowledge of nonprofit governance and compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Understanding of nonprofit operations and best practices
