About the role

Responsible for managing donor relations, coordinating fundraising events, and overseeing grant management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
• Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
• Oversee grant management and compliance
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of grant writing and compliance standards

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
