About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into actionable adoption plans, KPIs, and corrective actions
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives, leaders, and impacted teams to drive alignment and readiness
• Develop executive-ready narratives, communications, and structured recommendations for the transformation roadmap
• Shape high-quality organizational change deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, governance, RACI)
• Coach junior team members and partner closely with business and technology teams

Requirements

• 5–8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale
• Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics
• Clear, pragmatic communicator with strong delivery discipline
• Working understanding of how AI-enabled tools and solutions are applied in organizational change contexts, including their role in shaping change approaches, supporting execution, and enabling adoption across the human change journey
• Fluency with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement and agentic workflows

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understanding of how these apply to enterprise transformation
• Able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development
• Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance
• Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments

Benefits

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $199,480. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
