Senior Program Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-visibility enterprise-wide strategic program execution
• Drive delivery of program plans, timelines, and business cases
• Provide communication and status updates to all stakeholders
• Facilitate program alignment with strategic goals
• Lead issue resolution and monitor risks effectively
• Collaborate with business partners for resource allocation
• Support and train on Agile methodologies and project management best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, insurance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in project and/or program management or related fields
• PMP and/or PMI-ACP certifications preferred
• Insurance designations are a plus
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
