The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's referral initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate processing of referrals from various sources.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update referral databases
- Communicate with external partners and stakeholders
- Process and route referrals efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
