Referral Coordinator

Schedule

Part-time position: shifts will be some time between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday (hours can be flexible).

Responsibilities

• Reviewing incoming referrals and collecting patient demographics and medical records
• Input insurance
• Schedule appointments
• Answering patients' questions and concerns via telephone, text, and email
• Maintains HIPAA compliance
• Gather medical records
• Contributes to team effort of collecting patient information and preparing charts for upcoming appointments
• Other duties as assigned
