This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Who We Are We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Product Knowledge Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactivelySell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support servicesIdentify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packagesUpsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunitiesMeet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectationsExplain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers Customer Experience Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experienceBuild customer relationships and create long-term brand loyaltyMaintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals Team & Organizational Success Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbsMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust be 18 or olderMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust have reliable transportation to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when neededAt least 1 year of experience in retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales is preferredHigh school diploma or GED preferredBilingual skills are a plus Benefits Perks & Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)Paid training and onboardingMonthly commission opportunitiesInternal promotion and advancement opportunitiesEmployee growth and rewards programsAnnual all-expenses-paid trip opportunity for top performers Pay: $13/hour + monthly commission Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week Total Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
