Recruitment Specialist - Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Posts positions based on collaboration with hiring managers and departments to understand most up to date role competencies and staffing needs.
  • Refreshes expiring postings and maintains current recruitment process for all openings within clinic locations.
  • Tracks the status of each applicant maintaining understanding of which stage each sits at any given time.
  • Ensures communication for unsuccessful candidates closing loop professionally.
  • Acts with urgency and tenacity to capture both active and passive qualified candidates in a timely manner and move them through the recruitment process.
  • Continue to relationship-build and manage active candidate experience and remain in communication with candidates including after their initial screening interview.
  • Sources, screens, interviews, and recommends qualified eligible candidates for the next step of the interviewing process based on requirements.
  • Maintains regular contact with candidates at all levels of the recruitment process.
  • Comfort level to act as Subject Matter Expert following up and influencing hiring managers to consistently move candidates forward.
  • Guide and coach hiring managers with a variety of different levels of experience on recruitment best practices and interviewing assistance.
  • Facilitate hiring decisions and advise on selection strategies.
  • Establish and hold regular intake meetings with each hiring manager on a regular basis to ensure open communication regarding hiring progress and workforce needs.
  • Manage recruitment data metrics and attend to trends to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Maintain recruitment compliance with organizational policies, employment laws, and regulatory guidelines for organizations of our type.
  • Maintain accurate records and maintain workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ADP.
  • Support onboarding activities in coordination with other HR team members and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare related disciplines, or a related field, or six (6) years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of Two to four years of relevant professional experience required. More years of experience valued.
  • Healthcare-related recruiting experience and non-profit recruiting highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, partnership agreements with schools, and community outreach.
  • ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn Recruiter experience highly preferred.
  • Strong decision-making skills, strong attention to detail, strong follow-up skills.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for actions.
  • Self-motivated and possesses ability to manage multiple projects and requisitions at various stages through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort and experience as an individual contributor team of one while contributing to the Human Resources team more broadly.
  • Experience in non-profit organization recruitment environment highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Qualifications

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role; the successful candidate will enjoy an opportunity for remote work as well as on-site presence at our Wissahickon Avenue Corporate headquarters, panel interviews, job fairs, and hiring events.
