About the role
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a full-time HR & Recruiting Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity offering flexible hours and a hybrid schedule. This hands-on role will manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and daily HR administration within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting will be managed from sourcing through offer coordination.
- New-hire onboarding and orientation will be administered.
- Employee relations and HR administrative needs will be supported.
- Employee records and confidential documentation will be maintained.
- HR policies, employment laws, and best practices will be followed.
- Managers and employees will be provided with HR guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferred 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
