Responsibilities
- Craft targeted messaging and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) campaigns to elevate brand visibility among core talent segments.
- Execute social media and recruitment marketing strategies to build proactive candidate pipelines across key digital platforms.
- Manage automated candidate email sequences using CRM technology (Avature) to nurture and activate passive talent pools.
- Analyze marketing metrics and channel performance data to continuously optimize content strategies and deliver strategic business insights.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of hands-on recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital agency experience.
- Technical proficiency with CRM platforms (Avature preferred) and digital performance analytics tools.
- Excellent storytelling ability demonstrated through creative direction, copywriting, and copy editing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
