Recruitment Specialist

Pay

Pay Rate: 27.00-29.00 USD hourly

Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Creating engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience
• Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates; experience with nonprofit hiring is a plus
• Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, social media, and other digital recruiting tools for candidate sourcing
• Collaborative approach to partnering with hiring managers through regular intake meetings, alignment on staffing needs, and coordination throughout the hiring process
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to work on-site
• Available for occasional job fairs and community events
• Experience recruiting in nonprofit services, social services, healthcare, or disability-services is preferred

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources‑related area preferred
• Experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the Sr. Director of Human Resources
