We are looking for two enthusiastic and driven Recruiting Specialists to join our client's growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for job seekers, helping connect talented individuals with career opportunities while supporting local businesses with their hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with job seekers through phone, text, email, social media, and online applications.
• Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and making outbound calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology.
• Able to accurately document information while actively engaging with candidates.

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Spanish language skills are a plus and help us better serve our diverse community.
