About the Role

We're looking for a social media-savvy recruiter/recruitment marketer to help reach job seekers across the region and grow our talent pipeline for a nonprofit healthcare system. You'll create compelling recruitment campaigns, showcase our employer brand, and connect with prospective candidates through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media
    • Create and maintain 120-day social media calendar.
    • Collaborate with external teams to create engaging content for all social platforms.
    • Coordinate filming, editing, posting, and monitor all engagement.
    • Create the digital collateral for all events and highlight company culture to attract talent.
    • On-call social media rotation with the team to respond to all after-hours engagement.
    • Track all activities for events reporting.
  • Digital Engagement & Content Creation
    • Develop and execute digital content across multiple platforms to attract nursing students, clinical candidates, and healthcare professionals.
    • Review and refine digital content for clarity, accuracy, and tone, ensuring alignment with system goals and recruitment initiatives.
    • Monitor engagement trends and adjust digital strategies to maximize reach and candidate interest.
  • Recruitment Campaigns & Strategy
    • Plan and coordinate multi-channel recruitment campaigns for hiring events, new grad dinners, open houses, and system-wide talent initiatives.
    • Build two-month campaign timelines including email drip series, text communications, and digital content rollouts.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align messaging with system priorities, branding, and workforce needs.
  • Collegiate & Community Outreach
    • Create 120-day roadshow calendar each semester.
    • Serve as the digital and in-person liaison with university career centers and student organizations.
    • Maintain relationships with deans, instructors, and clinical coordinators to strengthen talent pipelines.
    • Plan and schedule staffing for all visits, conventions, and networking events.
    • Coordinate food orders, swag preparations, and packing instructions.
    • Track all activities for roadshow reporting.
  • Event Logistics & Planning
    • Research and secure venues for recruiting events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
    • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and staffing for events.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.
    • Host and represent the company at events to engage prospective candidates.
    • Create digital promotional materials for pre-event and post-event communications.
    • Track all activities for events reporting.
  • Swag & Materials Management
    • Source branded merchandise and promotional items for events and candidate engagement.
    • Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Track all orders and secure all SWAG for inventory control and reporting.
  • Data Reporting & Insights
    • Create and deliver data-driven reports, visualizations, graphics, and presentations for stakeholders.
    • Research, investigate, and analyze operational and business data to identify trends and insights.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain data-tracking processes to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Operations & Systems Support
    • Utilize ATS platforms, lead databases, and internal systems to track candidate pipelines and support recruiter workflows.
    • Organize RSVPs, event lists, candidate lists, candidate databases, communications, and digital follow-ups for all recruitment initiatives.
    • Provide operational support to the recruitment office, ensuring seamless candidate experience (CX), recruitment experience (RX), and manager experience (MX).
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Financial Administrative Support
    • Process invoices and manage vendor payments.
    • Track budgets for events and recruiting activities.
  • Team Engagement & Culture
    • Organize team celebrations, recognition events, and morale-building activities.
    • Support internal communication and collaboration initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Experience: Sourcing or recruiting experience is required.
  • Preferred Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Experience: Three years of sourcing or recruiting experience is preferred.
    • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other social media content creation tools, as well as recruitment marketing with an established employer brand is a plus.
