Job Requirements

Do you know how to turn social media engagement into candidate applications? We're looking for a social media-savvy recruiter/recruitment marketer to help reach job seekers across the region and grow our talent pipeline for a nonprofit healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain 120-day social media calendar.
    • Collaborate with external teams to create engaging content for all social platforms.
    • Cook up and post videos using Canva, CapCut, or other social media content creation tools.
    • Coordinate filming, editing, posting, and monitor all engagement.
    • Create the digital collateral for all events and highlight company culture to attract talent.
    • Track all activities for events reporting.
  • Develop and execute digital content across multiple platforms to attract nursing students, clinical candidates, and healthcare professionals.
    • Review and refine digital content for clarity, accuracy, and tone, ensuring alignment with system goals and recruitment initiatives.
    • Monitor engagement trends and adjust digital strategies to maximize reach and candidate interest.
  • Plan and coordinate multi-channel recruitment campaigns for hiring events, new grad dinners, open houses, and system-wide talent initiatives.
    • Build two-month campaign timelines including email drip series, text communications, and digital content rollouts.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align messaging with system priorities, branding, and workforce needs.
  • Create and deliver data-driven reports, visualizations, graphics, and presentations for stakeholders.
    • Research, investigate, and analyze operational and business data to identify trends and insights.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain data-tracking processes to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Utilize ATS platforms, lead databases, and internal systems to track candidate pipelines and support recruiter workflows.
    • Organize RSVPs, event lists, candidate lists, candidate databases, communications, and digital follow-ups for all recruitment initiatives.
    • Provide operational support to the recruitment office, ensuring seamless candidates experience (CX), recruitment experience (RX), and manager experience (MX).
  • Process invoices and manage vendor payments.
    • Track budgets for events and recruiting activities.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing or recruiting experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Three years of sourcing or recruiting experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other social media content creation tools.
  • Recruitment marketing with an established employer brand.
