Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy and daily operations for healthcare staffing

• Improve recruiting workflows, efficiency, and service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
• Proven leadership or team management experience
• Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruitment, or HR services preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work full-time from our Brooklyn office
