Pay Rate: $27.30/hr | Contract Length: 12 Months
Responsibilities
- Helping coordinate delivery in recruitment
- Crafting and sending out offer letters
- Booking interviews and scheduling
- Training will be provided for ATS
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and regions
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews ensuring timely communication with interview team and candidates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business leaders during the interview stage
- Offer Letter Generation:
- Serve as an operational liaison for offer-related inquiries
- Generate and distribute offer letters using Workday within service level agreement timelines
- Apply correct regional and regulatory language (compliance clauses)
- Manage offer revisions, updates, and reissuance requests
- Support reporting and operational metrics related to offer processing
- Team And Process Support:
- Partner with the TA Recruiters to manage candidate workflows and requisition support
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across TA Operations
- Manage shared inbox of Talent Acquisition support requests from recruiters and candidates
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Human Resources administration
