Recruitment Coordinator
Via is partnering with a well-established digital marketplace business to recruit a Recruiting Coordinator to support its US hiring team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment or HR career who enjoys organisation, working with people, and keeping busy hiring processes running smoothly.
About the role
You'll coordinate interviews, communicate directly with candidates, support new-hire onboarding, and help recruiters identify potential candidates for open positions. The role is fully remote, but you must be based in the Eastern Time Zone and able to work across US business hours to coordinate with candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple US time zones
- Respond quickly to last-minute scheduling changes and availability updates
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process
- Provide a friendly, professional, and organised candidate experience
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding activities
- Send welcome communications and organise onboarding sessions
- Support background-check coordination and offer-letter verification
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information
- Research and identify potential candidates for open roles
- Reach out to prospective candidates and help build recruitment pipelines
- Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and research
- Assist with recruitment projects and process improvements
- Use AI and digital tools to make recruitment processes more efficient
Requirements
- Around 1–2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, administration, coordination, research, or another fast-paced professional environment
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly and professional approach when communicating with candidates
- The ability to work with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders at different levels
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working in a fast-moving environment where schedules can change quickly
- An interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Residence within the US Eastern Time Zone
- Availability to work consistently across US business hours
- A bachelor's degree
Previous recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, or recruiting research experience would be useful but isn't essential. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in a professional environment would also be beneficial.

Pay
$50,000–$75,000 base salary + year-end performance bonus
