Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

This role is designed as the first step toward becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant. We want our Coordinators to progress quickly, develop commercial capability and eventually run their own desk and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening and database management
• Build and maintain strong talent pools across key markets
• Run searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing tools
• Manage candidate relationships and keep strong people engaged and warm
• Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process from start to finish
• Make sure all activity is accurately captured in Bullhorn
• Take part in weekly WIP meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Bring market intelligence and candidate insights back to the team
• Generate new opportunities through networking, reference checking and proactive outreach
• Build your personal brand through regular LinkedIn activity
• Learn the foundations of business development and recruitment consulting

Requirements

• Energy, ambition and a real desire to build a career in recruitment
• Previous recruitment experience is helpful but not essential
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships quickly
• A self-starter mentality and a willingness to learn
• High standards, resilience and a strong work ethic
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping things
• Curiosity, coachability and a team-first attitude
• Someone who does well in an environment where people hold each other accountable and celebrate success together
