Job Summary

The Support Coordinator II, Staffing & Recruitment is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidate leads to support active job openings within an assigned region. This role partners closely with Recruiters to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship management, and database utilization, while also supporting team development and administrative needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source leads within region using web search and industry resources.
  • Establishes and maintains credibility through initial interactions with candidates.
  • Keeps an updated target list of active openings to source candidates.
  • Uses and handles all available candidate resources including internet inquiries, internal referrals, and the Salesforce database.
  • Develops new sourcing strategies.
  • Helps with day-to-day administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Education & Years of Experience: High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience in sales, recruiting or customer service capacity.
  • Experience: Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office/home office environment. Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $18.25 - $22.75 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
