A successful Recruitment Consultant focused on candidate and client generation, your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. You'll:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process—from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
  • Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression

Profile

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • Experience in 360 recruitment sales or outbound sales
  • Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • A competitive spirit and a track record of exceeding targets
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
