A successful Recruitment Consultant focused on candidate and client generation, your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. You'll:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
- Guide candidates through the hiring process—from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression
Profile
A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
- Experience in 360 recruitment sales or outbound sales
- Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
