What You'll Do
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Build long-term relationships
- Deliver tailored hiring solutions that meet evolving business needs
- Sources, interviews, and guides candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Confidently negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and collaborate closely with your team
Profile
- 1+ years in sales or recruitment
- Proven track record of billing and exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Competitive, coachable, and relationship-driven mindset
